Hello, I’m Matt
Counselling Therapist | CCC, MTS, MACP
I work with adults who feel stuck, bewildered, at loss, disenfranchised, confused, and generally unwell. When life ceases to be familiar, we’re numbed to pain but robbed of joy, and carried along. Most people I see are being carried by real and perceived limitations that leave them feeling helpless and disconnected.
My approach is straightforward and flexible. I’ll listen, ask real questions, and use the tools that fit your situation so you can feel clearer, steadier, and more like yourself again.
I grew up in rural Canada on a farm, where I saw hidden costs of “the good life,” and that shapes the way I show up: honest, grounded, and focused on helping you move forward.
